So, I attempted a 30-day ab challenge on Pinterest. I had this whole idea to actually try it for the month and document it. You know, to see if it really works. Unfortunately, I didn’t really finish out the month. February just wasn’t a good month for me. Why am I posting this you may ask?
Well, because I did try it for a few weeks and documented that. Also, because I didn’t keep my goal for the month. I still wanted to share even though I “failed”. I still made an attempt which is something in my book!
I followed along with Blogilates for about 3 weeks. I stopped at day 24. This was my day 1 check-in.
If you like quick workouts that burn your core then you’ll love this one. I think this is a great ab workout. I definitely felt it working when I was doing it. My boyfriend even decided to do it with me and he could definitely agree. This is my day 15 check-in.
I felt results and I was seeing results too. I started to feel more toned and defined. I did go to the gym as well but not religiously. I wasn’t watching what I was eating either. I am still working on getting my before-baby bod back but I am definitely happy with my current self. Body positivity y’all!
Overall, I think this 30-day flat ab challenge definitely works but only if you put forward the effort of course. I plan to do another challenge next month! Will it be this one?
