3 Good Habits I Want to Adapt This Year

Hi everyone! How are all of you guys? I know it’s a very rough time for literally all of the world. How have you guys been spending your time?

To be completely honest, I have been kind of struggling with motivation during this pandemic. Which I feel is completely normal given everything that is going on. I am completely consumed in trying to be updated while also trying to stay germ-free. Oh, and trying to protect Isaiah the best way I can from who knows what. I miss talking to y’all!

I figured this was the perfect time to post this especially during this time when staying home is crucial. This will definitely motivate me and hopefully you too!

Consistency

I feel like now more than ever is when I need to be more consistent with my daily routine. A routine is what’s gonna help prevent me from easily falling into a funk. I’m working on it y’all!

A solid skincare and hair regimen

This year I am obsessing over maintaining healthy skin and restoring/growing out my natural hair. There was a time where these things were everything but I have different priorities now so its harder. But, I am dedicated to changing that. Especially since during my pregnancy, I developed some issues with dry skin on my face and even thinner hair.

Maximum Self-love

Something as little as this can do wonders. Self-love is good for self-esteem. It’s great for confidence. Love yourself. No one can mess with you when YOU come first.

Are there any things you want to work on this year?

  1. I really want to work on my skin care and hair routine too- I tend to do it for a few days and then stop. I also want to work on self love too- it’s one of my biggest goals this year!

  2. This may be a weird question but what is your skin type? We have such similar qualities I thought I’d give it a shot. My face can get quite oily but it can also get terribly dry. And yes, self love can really bring out the best. 🎉👑
