Ever had one of those days where everything seems to just fall apart? Instead of letting it bring us down for the rest of the day, choose to do something that could get you out that funk.
Here is a quick little refresher on some of the things I do to boost my mood!

1. Take a walk — Getting outside and being surrounded by nature is a big game changer when it comes to clearing your mind.
2. Listen to music — Have your own personal jam sesh! Why not right? Put on your favorite tunes and pretend you’re the star of the show.
3. Take a shower or bath — This is especially relaxing because you are in your own little world while the the warm water is helping to release endorphins that improve your mood.
4. Phone a friend — There is always someone willing to listen and sometimes thats all we need. Is to vent.
5. Watch your favorite show — This is also a good way to just let go of all of that negativity hanging over your shoulders. Use your feel good show to help you feel good!
