Hi everyone! My name is Tiani and I am a 25-year-old girl from New Jersey. A few years ago I was diagnosed with severe depression and I was hospitalized for a suicide attempt. Since then I promised myself that I never wanted to feel that way again nor should anyone else. My blog is here so that you don’t have to feel alone. I bring self-care, love, and mental awareness to the table. Now that I am a brand new first-time mom to a beautiful baby boy, I can now add that to my journey. Starting all the way from the beginning, morning sickness, birth, and the 4th trimester. The good, the bad, and the ugly. I am prepared to share it all. I hope you can agree that I am a down to earth compassionate mommy that uses writing not only to help herself but for others. Stay positive!
