An Adult Letter to Santa | Blogmas Day 7

Dear Santa aka Mr. Clause aka old St Nick,

Pick a name dammit. Anyway, heyyyy Santa! It’s that time of year again where you get millions of letters. Kids are trying to be on their best behavior, people are caroling, the weather is starting to get chilly. I’m an adult now so I’m not sure if you even remember me but I used to write to you when I was under 4 ft tall and I didn’t have a license. You get the point, it’s been a while. Let me refresh your memory, my name is Tiani and I’m a 23-year-old gal from Jersey. Ring any bells, big guy?

I’d like to think that I’ve been nice this year but I know grown-ups don’t get gifts. So I ask that you make every little boy and girl’s holiday extra special at home this year. They deserve it the most after all they’ve been through this year. This year has been good to me so I don’t need much. Since I can’t get gifts, how about some luck? Wouldn’t it be extra lucky if I found $500,000 on the floor? Or if my dream sponsors emailed me for a collab? Just a few thoughts. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me ramble. I promise I’ll leave you some milk and cookies on Christmas Eve. Stay safe and give say hello to everyone at the North Pole for me!

If you or anyone you know is participating in Blogmas let me know in the comments so I can check them out and add their link to my original Blogmas post!

  1. Haha, I liked this letter. If I wrote Santa a letter it would be something along the lines of wanting more collabs and blog growth + success for 2021 as I’d love to make my blog a source of side income (without it losing its enjoyability as a hobby), plus more luck where my love life is concerned.

  2. What a thoughtful letter to Santa! I would love to find a random $500K on the floor too (please Santa! lol). Regarding the sponsors — something I’m trying to do as well. Have you considered reaching out to smaller brands? They tend to be more likely to work with microinfluencers. And then eventually, you can reach out to your dream brands after you have a few sponsorships under your belt. It also wouldn’t hurt to prepare a media kit, if you haven’t done one yet.
