What snack would you eat right now?
Did someone say snacks? Now this is the perfect prompt for me to share some new snacks that I recently purchased off of TikTok. I kept seeing other people post about these treats and I just couldn’t help myself.
Chamoy Gushers
They are also known as Dulce Gusherz Enchilado on TikTok. These babies were so addicting. They are gushers soaked in Chamoy and sprinkled with Tajin or chili powder. For those of you who dont know, chamoy is a variety of savory sauces and condiments in Mexican cuisine made from pickled fruit. Chamoy may range from a liquid to a pasty consistency, and typically the flavor is salty, sweet, sour, and spiced with chilies. If you’re a fan of fruit snacks and are looking to spice things up, I would give something like this a try. These are from a shop on TikTok called MUNCH GUMMIES.
Freeze Dried Sour Skittles
If you’re from America, then you probably know the addictive candy called Skittles. Their motto is “Taste the rainbow.” Yeah, that one. I’ve been seeing a huge trend on TikTok about freeze-drying all sorts of candies and treats. The idea of having crunchy candy just intrigued me and I decided to give it a try. I did get the sour version since I like most of my sweets to have some tang. It tasted exactly like a sour skittle just not chewy. It was light crunchy and airy. I purchased my bag from a small company called Tip Top Treats on Tik Tok but I’m sure you can do some research and find them elsewhere.
